What to verify
- Division and category: confirm the division you entered and the standards associated with it.
- Movement standards: review the range, completion and judging requirements for each station.
- Equipment and lane rules: understand how the station equipment is used and what happens when a repetition is not accepted.
- Course and transition rules: know how the run course, Roxzone and station entry/exit interact at your event.
- Conduct and safety: review instructions from officials and the current event briefing.
Why rules affect training
Training a movement is different from preparing to repeat a judged movement after running. Build the ability to keep the standard visible when breathing is elevated, then rehearse transitions without turning every session into a maximal test.
This page intentionally summarises where to look rather than reproducing official wording. Rules, weights, distances, penalties and event operations may change.
Can this page replace the rulebook?
No. It is an independent orientation guide. Always use the current official rulebook for your event and division.
What if online summaries disagree?
Prefer the official rulebook and event communication, then ask the organiser or qualified coach when a detail affects your entry or safety.
